James F. Weber, age 58 of Fountain City, Wisconsin, passed away Thursday, Nov. 23, 2023, at Winona Health Services, Winona, Minnesota.

James Frederick was born Oct. 4, 1965, in New Hampton, to Reba (Moorman) and Richard Weber, Sr.

Lois Straw, age 82 of New Hampton, died Saturday, Nov. 11, 2023, at the New Hampton Nursing and Rehab Center.

Cletus “Clete” Leo Laures, age 79, of Ionia, died Friday, Nov. 17, 2023, at the New Hampton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Maureen T. Goss, age 65 of  Sumner, died Monday evening, Nov. 13, 2023, at Tripoli Nursing & Rehab, following a lengthy illness.

Robert “Bob” Hill, age 94 of Viroqua, Wisconsin, and formerly of New Hampton, died Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2023, at Vernon Memorial Hospital in Viroqua.

Harlan Pose, age 98 of New Hampton, passed away peacefully Friday, Nov. 10, 2023, at New Hampton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in New Hampton.

Monica Marvin, age 94 of Alta Vista, died Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2023, at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City.

Elizabeth “Joan” Hemann, age 93 of Osage, died peacefully Friday, Nov, 10, 2023, at Faith Lutheran Home in Osage with her nine living children at her side.

Claudia May Schueller, age 86 of New Hampton, passed away Friday, Nov. 3, 2023, at MercyOne New Hampton Medical Center.

Donald “Don” Ray Heck, age 80 of New Hampton and formerly of Washington, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2023, at the Crestview Specialty Care Center in West Branch.

Ila Rose Mihm, age 100 of New Hampton, died Friday, Oct. 27, 2023, at her home.

Dorothy Ann Lansing, age 94 of New Hampton, died peacefully on Friday, Nov. 3, 2023, at Linn Haven Rehab &Health Care in New Hampton.

Timothy Patrick (Tim) McDermott, age 71, died while walking his beloved dogs on Saturday, Oct. 21, 2023, in Branson, Missouri, where he has resided since the death of his wife, Lori, in 2020.

Betty Lou Orric, age 82 of Nashua, died Sunday, Oct. 29, 2023 at her home.
