Donald William Pankow, age 88 of Cedar Falls and formerly of Decorah and Cresco, died Monday, Feb. 26, 2024, at Western Home in Cedar Falls.

Troy Lyn Hannemann, age 49 of Las Vegas, passed away Tuesday Feb. 13, 2024 at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas.

Leonard Shatek, age 94 of Elma, died Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2024, at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City.

Susan Mary (Arens) Stagg, age 68 of Cottage Grove, Minnesota, died suddenly, but peacefully, Sunday, Feb. 18, 2024,  at United Hospital after a five-year battle with cancer.

Robert Richard Thran, age 94 of Nashua, died Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024, at Waverly Health Center in Waverly.

Sally Joann Meyerhofer, age 75 of New Hampton, died Sunday, Feb. 11, 2024, at her home surrounded by her family.

Louis David Dowd, the son of Derek and Amanda Dowd, gained his heavenly wings on Monday, Feb. 12, 2024.

Delbert Lechtenberg, age 85 of New Hampton, died Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2024, at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City.

Merlyn Zipse, age 78, passed away unexpectedly Friday, Feb. 2, 2024, at his winter home in Dade City, Florida.

Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 1, 2024, at the New Hampton City Cemetery.

Mary Catherine Link, age 103 of Elma and formerly of Ionia, died Thursday, Jan. 25, 2024, at Colonial Manor in Elma. 

Genevieve “Ginny” Ann Buechner Lynch, age 80 of Athens, Georgia, died on Friday, Feb. 1, 2024, after a long battle with cancer.  She spent her final days at home, surrounded by her loving family. 

Steven L. Brase, age 63 of rural Plainfield, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 11, 2024, at UnityPoint-Allen Memorial in Waterloo.

Steve was born on Feb. 17, 1960, in Charles City, the son of Lorenz and Wilma (Shipp) Brase.

Dean W. Allen, age 70 of Red Bluff, Califiornia, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2024, after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Dean was born June 8, 1953 in New Hampton, the son of Darrell K. and Thelma (Means) Allen. 

Thelma Allen, age 96 of New Hampton, died Thursday, Feb. 1, 2024, at the Shell Rock Healthcare Center.
