Residents in and around New Hampton dealt with another round of flash flooding Friday morning as severe thunderstorms dumped more than four inches of rain on parts of the county.
Mary Anne Shekleton, 94, of New Hampton, Iowa, passed away peacefully on Sunday morning, June 23, 2019, at her home. Mary Anne was born the eldest child, to Henry and Amalia “Molly” (Glaser) Gilbert on May 11, 1925 in New Hampton, Iowa.
