Rosemary H. Kruse, age 87 of Waucoma, IA, died Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at the Muse-Norris Hospice Home in Mason City.

Donald Eugene Ackerson, age 86 of Nashua, IA died Friday, April 15, 2022, at Cedar Vale Assisted Living in Nashua.

Dorothy Bierschenk age 83 of Nashua, IA, died Monday, April 18, at UnityPoint Health – Allen Hospital in Waterloo, IA surrounded by her family. 

Ramona Marie (Fox) Smith-Gates passed away peacefully on April 19, 2022, in Des Moines. She was born near Riceville, IA on September 29, 1926 to Albert J (Bert) Fox and Loretta (Murray) Fox.

Phyllis J. Pitz, age 89, of Cresco, Iowa, died on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 surrounded by her family at Regional Health Services of Howard County in Cresco, IA.

Ronald A. Bilharz, age 80 of Nashua, Iowa, died Saturday, April 9, 2022, surrounded by his wife and children in Charles City, IA. 

Daniel “Dan” Jay Ovel, age 66 of New Hampton, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Sunday, April 10, 2022, at his home surrounded by his family.

Ronald Lee Fish, age 68 of Nashua, died Sunday morning, April 10, 2022, at Floyd County Medical Center in Charles City, of a heart attack.
