The Memorial Day weekend turned tragic Monday afternoon when a Cresco man died from drowning at Airport Lake Park.
Craig Niewoehner, age 63 of Lime Springs, passed away at his home on Thursday, May 25, 2023.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Lime Springs.

The Nashua-Plainfield girls golf team finished in ninth place on Friday at the state meet in Boone after the final round was put in the books.
