Harriet Boeding Haeg, age 80 of Bloomington, Minn., died peacefully Sunday, November 11, 2018 after a long battle with Parkinson’s.A Mass of Christian Burial was held Monday, Nov. 19, 2018, at the Church of the Assumption, Bloomington.Born May 1st, 1938 to Clem and Teresa Boeding, she was the eldest of seven children and was raised on a farm in Lawler.She graduated from Lawler High School in 1956 and College of St. Theresa, Winona, Minn., in 1960.On June 23rd, 1962, she married Chub Haeg and raised their 4 children in Bloomington. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Kenny.She is survived by her husband, Chub; children, Joe (Barb), Mark, Tom (Lyn) and Sarah (Ron) Roers; 13 grandchildren; brothers, Robert (Phyllis) Boeding Lawler, Jim Boeding Decorah, Dennis Boeding Lawler, Tom (Ruth) Boeding Nevada, IA, sister, Susan (Wayne) Smith Fort Atkinson.Harriet was blessed with the best of friends who were faithful to the end.Thanks to the Masonic Home and Hospice for their love and care.
