Townhouse raises awareness for Toys for Toys in the Nashua area

Great food and conversation was only part of the reason why residents came to the Townhouse on Sunday morning. They were also giving money and toys for the annual Toys for Tots fundraiser to help Nashua children have a great Christmas this year.Toys for Tots began their journey in California in 1947 when Major Bill Hendricks’ wife Diane handcrafted a Raggedy Ann doll and asked him to deliver the doll to an organization which would give the doll to a needy child for Christmas.
