Third-graders get a little help with blankets

Third-graders and family members listened as a YouTube blogger described how to make fleece tie blankets, then they tried it.About 20 parents and grandparents assisted students in three third-grade sections taught by Shelly Reicks, Chris Paulus and Stefanie Throndson at New Hampton Elementary in cutting a 3-by-3-inch square out of each corner of the fleece rectangles and 3-inch long by inch-wide strips along each side of the top...— For more on this story, see the Dec. 14 New Hampton Tribune.
