Students celebrate American Education Week

Mayor Deb Larsen met with Mrs. Schwickerath’s New Hampton Public School elementary students to sign a proclamation naming Nov. 14-18 American Education Week.Educators constitute a great portion of the nation’s work force and are constantly striving to serve their communities and nations in educational, civic, cultural and peace among all people.This week urges all citizens to recognize administrators, teachers and support staff of their great contributions toward the profession of teaching.
