Here’s our belated Christmas gift to you: Winter’s grip on Northeast Iowa is going to loosen later this week.
We’ll give you the good news first.
Put it this way: If you like snow on the ground for Christmas, you’re going to love 2022.
The only question is how much snow will we have.
A deal has been struck, one that will see Waverly-Shell Rock leave the Northeast Iowa Conference a year later than expected.
They went to state dance and put on one heck of a puppet show.
They came home, for a third year in a row, as state champions.
The great debate never materialized during Monday’s meeting of the Chickasaw County Board of Supervisors.
