Turkey Valley showcases improvement on Saturday

Lead Summary

The Turkey Valley cross country team faced plenty of competition at the All-American Invitiational on Saturday, as nearly 30 schools of all different sizes across three different states (Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin) competed at Luther College.
The Trojans did not have enough individuals participate in the varsity races to field a team score, but every single member of the squad impressed with improving times in comparison to previous meets.
“Overall, we ran very well. To see the large majority getting season bests is always great, but to do it on a course like this is another thing,” coach Sarah Bakula said.
