Trojans handle West Central with ease in blowout victories
Although they were playing against a West Central team who had won just two games entering play, the Turkey Valley boys basketball team was all business on Tuesday night.
The Trojans jumped out to a 30-2 lead in the blink of an eye against the Blue Devils. This excellent start allowed them to cruise to an easy 72-22 victory.
“The boys came out and were flying around and causing havoc on the defensive end, and we turned live ball turnovers into easy baskets,” TV boys coach Chris Sullivan said. “We did this throughout the game, and we had 25 steals as a team, which had to do with us reading and reacting before things happened.”
