Tired legs contribute to slower times for TV

Competing in their second meet within a four-day span, many members of the Turkey Valley cross country team saw their times drop last Tuesday at Starmont.
“Overall, we did okay. It would have been nice to see a little more improvement, but with just racing Saturday, our legs hadn’t recovered fully,” coach Sarah Bakula said. “Racing at Luther on Saturday played a part in times not improving along with the heat and humidity.”
Although the majority of individuals posted worse performances, there was one Trojan who improved - Lucas Scheidel.
