Time pays off for dedicated author

Children’s author, Tim Malven of Nashua, visited the Nashua Public Library last Saturday and read his book, “The Christmas that Almost Wasn’t” to a group of youngsters.Tim grew up on a farm outside of Maynard. It wasn’t in his plans to ever write a children’s book but that is exactly what he ended up doing.Back in 1990, Tim wrote a story for a children’s literature class he took in college. It had to be a children’s story and Tim decided to do a Christmas story. “Christmas is often a kid’s favorite time of year, so I ran with it.”For the complete story see the 12/1/2016 Nashua Reporter.
