A red-hot start

Lead Summary

Still perfect.
The New Hampton volleyball team was busy last week, competing in seven games - two on Tuesday and five on Saturday. However, that did not stop the Chickasaws from nabbing victories. They were able to dominate this stretch by going 7-0, moving them to 10-0 on the 2019 campaign.
“It feels awesome! I’m really proud of our team and what we have achieved so far,” junior Maddie Usher said. “I feel confident that we will continue to succeed.”
In their first contest of a home triangular on Tuesday, New Hampton defeated MFL-Mar-Mac. Although they won the match 3-1, they lost their first - and only - set of the season.
