New Hampton goes 5-0 at tourney Saturday; sweeps every opponent

It’s the little things that matter the most to New Hampton volleyball coach Jess Geerts at this point of the season.
Not that she didn’t appreciate her Chickasaws steamrolling through the BCLUW Invitational Saturday as New Hampton went 5-0 and didn’t drop a set.
“For coming off a pretty big win over Waverly, I thought we played pretty well,” Geerts said. “We made some progress, and that’s what I want at this time of the year.”
