Making New Hampton proud

Sometimes, fathers do know best; just ask Cole McDonald.
After a mediocre start to the season for the University of Iowa baseball team, the Hawkeyes have flipped the switch since an 0-3 start in Big Ten play and now are in the mix for a potential spot in the NCAA tournament.
And one of the many reasons for the turnaround is McDonald, the 2015 New Hampton High School graduate who is putting together a brilliant late season run in his final year on the mound at Iowa.
