Pastor Lonnie Wilkerson was, to say the least, very excited about the 64th annual Marriage Reunion.After all, this was the first reunion he oversaw as the pastor of the Little Brown Church.“I love the stories the old-timers tell,” he said. “To listen to people who have been married for so long and to hear the things they have been through pale in comparison to what we have been through.”Saturday early evening was the pastors reception full of conversation, root beer floats and a soc-hop.Arvan Haase, a Nashua man who has been married to his wife Eileen for 43 years, brought his 1955 Bel Air to complete the soc-hop theme.When asked what their secret was, “love,” was the answer.For the complete story see the 8/11/2016 Nashua Reporter.
