Michael Jeziorski, age 68, of Nashua, formerly of Cedarburg, Wisc., died on Sunday, July 23, 2017, at Gunderson Health Systems in LaCrosse, Wisc. 

Ruth Duncan, 90, of Charles City, passed away Thursday, Aug. 3, 2017 at the Floyd County Medical Center in Charles City

 
The renovation project at the New Hampton Municipal Pool gained steam last week as Parks and Recreation Department and Burbach Aquatics officials held a “pre-bidding” meeting with four contractors to discuss the $627,000 project.
