Chickasaws take two on chin in NEIC games

New Hampton boys basketball coach Ryan Rausch is adamant that his team is, as he put it, “soooo close to putting it all together.”
But all the Chickasaws had to show for it last week was two more Northeast Iowa Conference losses.
“It’s frustrating in a way because we’ll have three or four rough trips down the floor and all of a sudden, we’re down nine, 10, 11,” he said, “but one thing I will say for our guys is that since Christmas, the effort has been there. We play hard. We just have to translate that into some wins.”
