That championship feeling!

It was a spring that will go down in the history books for the Chickasaws.
They claimed multiple state championships as the New Hampton girls golf team claimed the Class 2A state title, and Noah Fenske won the shot put at both the Drake Relays and the Class 2A state track meet. Along with finishing first at state in the shot put, Fenske matched this in the discus to come away with his second individual crown at the event.
Not only did the ladies on the Chickasaw golf team win the state championship, but they did so by a significant margin with a score of 662, as runner-up Okoboji’s score was 59 strokes behind at 721.
