Best of the best

The Iowa High School Golf Coaches Association released their All-State list last week, and four Chickasaw golfers made the cut.
Both Allison and Morgan Nuss were listed on the 2A first team, while Emma Ewert earned second team honors.
There was also an all-tournament team which consisted of the best golfers at the state meet, Allison Nuss was on the first team and Morgan Nuss the second team.
Ryan Anderson made second team all-state for the 2A boys after finishing the season with a 9-hole average of 39.63.
Allison Nuss turned in a 9-hole average of 40, which was first in Class 2A. Morgan Nuss averaged 41.50 for fifth place and Ewert finished with a 46.25.
