We have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firms commitment  to privacy.

This website is available to anyone with internet access, but there are certain areas and services that require registration or provision of certain personal information if accessed, for example: entering premium content areas, placing advertisements online and making other online purchases, signing up for email newsletters, promotions, contests, sweepstakes or special offers, or participating in reader forums, message boards, chats and reader surveys. You always have the option to view the price and ad before paying for it. Once you confirm your order the transaction will be completed. All advertisements are subject to the review of newspaper personnel for approval before the ad goes live on this site

To place an advertisement using Ad-Owl you will be required to establish a user account. This account can be used by you for future use to maintain your advertisements.

All financial transactions are made in US dollars.

Errors in publication: It is agreed the New Hampton Tribune and Nashua Reporter will not to be held financially responsible for errors in publication. The newspaper will attempt to correct any error that is brought to our attention.  It is further agreed that in no case shall the New Hampton Tribune and Nashua Reporter be held liable for selling losses incurred by errors in publication or failure to insert an advertisement into the paper.

Liability: The advertiser assumes liability for the content of all advertising authorized for publication and any claims that arise against the Publisher.

The Publisher reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement.
