New Hampton baseball doubleheader with Charles City moved to Waverly

New Hampton will still meet Charles City in a key Northeast Iowa Conference doubleheader on Tuesday, but the games have been moved to Waverly because Charles City's Sportman's Park is flooded once again.
It marks the third straight year the Chickasaws will not play a varsity baseball game in Charles City.
Tuesday's games will be held at Hertel Field on the campus of Wartburg College.
If New Hampton wins at least one of the two games, it will clinch a share of the Northeast Iowa Conference title while if it sweeps, it will wrap up its fourth straight outright NEIC crown.
