Volunteers grow to almost 70 for this year’s Project Flo renovations

“We were kind of hoping those would be hollow inside,” he said with a smile.
No such luck, they were solid, albeit cracked and weathered. But the members of Project Flo are used to rolling with the punches, which, this year, included the weather.
