TV grounds Eagle attack

There may be an old adage about offensive linemen being the unsung heroes of a football team, but that doesn’t hold true in Dylan Elsbernd’s book.
Coming off the field after scoring his fourth touchdown in a 52-6 win over Midland Friday night, the Turkey Valley senior shouted out some praise to his blockers. He also mentioned them in a post-game interview. Several times.
“I couldn’t do any of this without those linemen and my teammates pushing me to get better,” he said. “We came out fired up and ready to go.”
