Touchdown Club returns this year but prizes switch from blankets to jackets

Not only does it benefit Chickasaw athletics, it's fun to play. There are still some good yardlines left for the Touchdown Club fundraiser, and the prize this year is a Chickasaw pullover similar to the one in the photo above. For $25, participants may choose one of the yardlines remaining and that selection stays with them the entire Chickasaw home schedule.Sponsored by K&W Motors and the booster club, the prize switches from the blankets dished out last year. "We just wanted to change it up a little," said Kramer. "Give people more incentive, in case they did get a blanket last season." Winners may select the size they need to get the proper fit.The pullovers are donated by K&W and proceeds will go toward the support of New Hampton athletes. Yardlines may be selected by contacting Boyd. She and other club members will be at the New Hampton game at Waukon Friday and lines will be available for purchase before the first Chickasaw home game on Sept. 9 just inside the gate.
