LEGO Club begins Oct. 5 at the Carnegie
Calling all master builders! The Carnegie Cultural Center is taking registrations for the Fall 2016 LEGO Club. This will be the third year that students in grades 3-5 can sign up for this free after-school program. The center has 20 spots available for the program.The Carnegie Cultural Center provides the LEGOs, the venue and instruction. The goals of the program are to encourage the development of creativity, learn technical skills and encourage collaboration among club members.Classes will be held beginning Oct. 5 and will last for two hours, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.Other classes are set for Oct. 19, Nov. 2, Nov. 16 and Dec. 7, which are early-out days for New Hampton schools.Registration forms have been sent to the school or contact the Carnegie Cultural Center directly by phone at 394-2354 or email at info@carnegieculturalcenter.org.
