Dollars for Scholars’ ‘Legacy Pathway’ off to a good start

One of New Hampton’s Dollars for Scholars co-presidents say he’s pleasantly surprised at how well the “Chickasaw Legacy Pathway” sales are going, and he’s hoping the organization’s latest fundraiser can shift into even higher gear as Christmas approaches.The brick path will be constructed in between the sidewalk and the driveway at the New Hampton football stadium and will offer area residents and former New Hampton teachers and staff to honor or memorialize loved ones.And despite a “soft opening,” sales are brisk.— For more on this story, see the Nov. 30 New Hampton Tribune.
