Turkey Valley girls take trio of wins

Being able to bounce back is key for any team, and the Turkey Valley softball team was able to do that throughout last week.

It started last Monday, when the Trojans fell to MFL-Mar-Mac in the first game of a doubleheader 7-3.

Turkey Valley held a 3-0 lead going into the sixth, but the Bulldogs would plate seven runs in the inning to take the lead.

“We had one bad inning. They scored seven runs in the sixth inning on only two hits,” coach Junior Hackman said. “We had three errors and five walks in that inning.”
