Gang tackles like this play against Midland the week prior to Turkey Valley’s win over Springville allowed the Trojans to go to 4-0 on the season Friday at Springville.

Scoring every single time

Turkey Valley’s offense gains 561 yards in 84-39 victory

There can’t be many teams in the state of Iowa that accomplished what Turkey Valley’s football team did Friday at Springville.

Every possession the Trojans had ended in a touchdown. And just for good measure, they added a score on defense and one on special teams for a total of 12 touchdowns on the way to an 84-39 win on the road.

Although Springville started the scoring on a 40-yard pass play and the Trojans trailed their hosts 8-0 early, Turkey Valley came back with a Dylan Elsbernd touchdown of 10 yards and Elsbernd ran in the conversion for an 8-8 tie.
