Trojan girls land two on all-conference teams at UIC meet

Turkey Valley girls golf coach John Reicks knows that there are folks out there who don’t appreciate just how tough the game of golf can be.
The way his Trojans handled the Upper Iowa Conference girls golf tournament last Tuesday made him appreciate his girls even more.
“Our girls did a nice job of playing the game the right way,” he said. “I was especially proud of how we shaved seven strokes off our front nine score and were just nine strokes out of third place.”
