Trojan girls get back on track

Turkey Valley fans knew the very small losing streak by their girls’ team wasn’t going to last long. 
After losses to MFL and Central two weeks ago, the TV girls put a pair of wins back on the board over the weekend, one a 60-21 victory over Postville and the other a 57-41 win over non-conference Riceville.
In the first quarter against Postville, Turkey Valley outscored the Pirates 16-2. The TV defense did not allow double-digit scoring in any of the four quarters.
