The Nashua-Plainfield girls wrestling squad hit the road and traveled to Elkader for the Central Scramble on Tuesday and brought home some hardware.
Nashua-Plainfield got the “W” on Tuesday night in Rockford – but it didn’t come easy.
Small in numbers, big on heart.
These Huskies may be outnumbered – but you can almost bet your bottom dollar they won’t be out-gunned.
For the love of the game.
That in and of itself will get you places out on the hardwood.
Not too many wrestling teams could absorb the graduation “hits” that Nashua-Plainfield took this past spring.
