Paulus lands his dream job

Long before he became a standout wrestler for New Hampton High School, Matt Paulus thought about how cool it would be to be the head coach of his favorite team.
Last week, the dream was realized when the New Hampton School Board approved Paulus’ appointment as New Hampton/Turkey Valley’s coach.
“This has been a dream of mine since I was a little kid,” Paulus said. “Absolutely, I was interested from the start. When the opportunity comes, you have to grab it. … I’m really excited because I think there’s such a strong tradition at New Hampton, and I feel blessed to be a part of it.”
