NH girls to host tourney Saturday

   The 33rd annual New Hampton Volleyball Invitational will take place this Saturday as eight teams will invade the Chickasaw gymnasium.   New Hampton will start in Pool B, which will play on the south court, along with St. Ansgar, Don Bosco and Tripoli, while Waterloo East, Sumner-Fredericksburg, South Winn and Denver play in Pool A.   Starting time is 9 a.m. Within each pool, teams will play matches consisting of the best 2 of 3 games to 21, with a deciding game of 15.   When the rounds of pool play have been completed, the top two teams in each pool will advance and the other two teams will be out of the tourney.   New Hampton starts against Don Bosco, then plays Tripoli and St. Ansgar. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for students, a concession stand will be available and no coolers are allowed.
