NH Chili Cook-off winner announced
Manufacturing Process Specialist at ATEK Larry Piehl was named the Chili Cook-off winner. His recipe includes 4 lbs Burger….mixture of 75 percent fresh and 25 percent ground pork, ½ gallon Tomato Juice, ½ bottle 5 Pepper Bloody Mary Mix, 1 qt Stew Tomatoes (home canned with green peppers, jalapeños, onions and dried/crushed ghost peppers), 2 cans Mrs. Grimes Spicy Hot Chili Beans, 2 cans Traditional Bush’s baked beans, 3 cans Bush’s Chili Magic Chili Starter (Texas Medium), Sprinkle in Hot Mexican-Style Chili Powder to taste and Ground Cayenne Red Pepper to taste.
