NH boys pass first round

In a game played at Denver Monday night, New Hampton’s boys advanced in the district tourney with a 60-37 win over Union, LaPorte.
The Chickasaws established their dominance early, by the end of the first quarter they led 27-7. Keagan John was the leading New Hampton scorer with 15 points.
Next up for the 12-10 NH boys will be a contest against a 19-1 Aplington-Parkersburg team on Thursday, Feb. 15 at 8 p.m., at Parkersburg.
