New Hampton to kick off holidays

Jason Speltz knows how important the next two months are for members of New Horizons-Chamber, the organization he serves as director.And that’s why he is so excited about this coming weekend’s Holiday Open House, which has grown by leaps and bounds.“This is a critical time for our members, there’s no other way to put it,” he said. “The holidays are so important for retailers, and we want and we need people to realize all the choices they have right here in New Hampton.”Yes, Speltz understands, that Christmas is still a ways away, but he also is cognizant that small cities like New Hampton must kick off the holidays early.“Like it or not, the holidays seem to come earlier and earlier every year,” he said, “and there are a lot of good reasons for us to have our Holiday Open House on this weekend.”For the complete story see the 11/1/2016 New Hampton Tribune.
