Heart N’ Soul Cafe returns

In the lower level of the Nashua Plainfield High School there is a restaurant. The kids thoroughly enjoy running it and serving the public.The Heart N Soul Café has been around since the 1999-2000 school year. The school received a work grant that allowed the food and wellness class to buy all the necessary equipment to operate a restaurant. Since that time, juniors and seniors have been taking the class and learning life long skills. The café is open to the public several times throughout the year.DiDi Cerwinski, the food and wellness instructor, said the students all work together in deciding what meal to make, they all help in preparing the meal and serving the meal.
