Chickasaw girls win sixth straight title

When the Northeast Iowa girls conference golf meet was over Thursday, New Hampton had done something no other school has ever done — win its sixth straight girls golf conference title.
Led by Chickasaw senior medalist Emma Ewert with an 80 and runner-up Lydia Olson at 92, the Chickasaw girls finished with a 365, well ahead of Waukon's 398.
 
Five New Hampton girls were all-conference.
