Chickasaw girls fall in regular season finale

New Hampton knew Crestwood’s Sharon Goodman was going to get her points, and the University of Iowa commit did — scoring 29 points — during the last regular season game of the year.
But it was a Cadets’ role player who made the difference in New Hampton’s 67-44 loss last Tuesday.
Shelby Pisney came into the game shooting 30-percent from 3-point range and averaging less than five points a game, but the diminutive senior guard went 6-for-9 from beyond the arc and scored 19 points.
